A cruise to the Bahamas with NCL is all about You! Their exclusive Freestyle Cruising® offers you the freedom and flexibility to spend your time the way you want with no one telling you where to be or even how to dress. Play on the white sand beaches, explore the colorful coral reefs, or plant yourself under a palm tree and rest up for an evening of fun and games in the casino, there's always something happening.  On the ship the kids will have a blast with the Kids Crew  program and you'll have plenty of time to enjoy a drink in one of the 10 bars and lounges.

What to Pack

Days onboard are casual and you'll be most comfortable in sport clothes and resort wear. Shoes should be low-heeled for deck activities. Bring a few swimsuits so you'll always have a dry one. You don't have to bring towels, as they are provided. But don't forget your camera and binoculars, so you don't miss a thing.

For evening wear, count on  basic types of attire: Casual: Dresses or slacks and blouses for women, sport shirts and trousers for men
Formal: Cocktail dresses for women, suits and ties or tuxedos for men.  However, remember that Norwegian features 'Freestyle Cruising' so you always have the option of dressing casual, even on formal nights.

Ashore, you'll need comfortable walking shoes as well as a hat and sunscreen for protection from the sun.

Kids Progam:

KID’S CREW AND TEEN CREW PROGRAM

Every exciting moment is filled with age-appropriate entertainment in mind. For kids from age 2-12, NCL offers everything from arts and crafts to pajama parties. Teen’s Crew, for age 13-17, has options like pool parties, a teen disco, a video arcade and much more. Now, you can enjoy a hot-stone massage, a yoga class or a cocktail by the pool while they’re having the time of their lives. But don’t think of Kid’s Crew as babysitting – there’s very little sitting involved. This program is active, energetic, educational and, most importantly, fun.Whether your kids are at the elaborate children’s facilities, taking a dip in one of the pools, or doing any other activity, they will be under the constant supervision of the carefully chosen staff of youth counselors from leading universities and organizations. Each team counselor attends a special training course on safety, communication skills and confidence-building.
